The Digitalization Committee is tasked to provide support to members in identifying and evaluating the latest digital technology in audit and practice management, which can improve and optimize their business processes.

Terms of Reference

1.	Recommend and define the scope of research strategy of digital solutions for efficiency improvement for the profession.

2.	Define and approve the technical assessment criteria on identified solutions.

3.	Recommend appropriate actions and measures to communicate the identified solutions and regular update of latest digital technology market trend to members.

4.	Explore business opportunity with technology partners and make recommendation to Council for consideration.
