The annual Young Members Conference aims to keep young CPAs abreast of topical issues relevant to the accounting profession and provide knowledge helpful for their career development.

The 2020 conference was held on 21 November in online format. A mix of young and seasoned speakers from different fields shared their experience on working outside Hong Kong or in specialisms besides auditing and accounting. Recruitment consultants also provided tips on career planning and an overview of the current job market.
