Description

A Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”) is a type of shell company that raises funds through an IPO for the purpose of acquiring an operating company within a pre-defined time period after listing (typically two years).

The Young Members Committee and Financial Services Interest Group jointly present a lunch webinar to help members understand more about SPAC listing and its valuation.  The speakers will cover:
