This year marks the 10th anniversary of Photography Interest Group (PoIG). We have organized a series of photography events to celebrate PoIG's 10th Anniversary. In December, we have organized a practice session for members focusing on Evening Shots of Lighting in the Central District. Details of the event are as below: Theme: Lighting Shots (“燈飾夜影”) Event leader: Mr. Albert Leung (Co-Convenor of PoIG) Details: - Adjusting the white balance to shoot different moods
- Sharing tips for creating blurring effects
- Sharing how to use a zoom lens to shoot special effects (e.g. 拉爆)
- Sharing how to take a photo for light trail (車軌)
Remarks: - Participants should bring their own digital camera, zoom lens (24-70 mm or 24-105 mm) and tripod.
- The session will be taught in Cantonese.
- The session is subject to rescheduling due to weather conditions.
- Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority for enrolment will first be offered to PoIG members, and then to non-PoIG members in the case of over subscription.
- The session is subject to cancellation should the min. number is not reached.
- For easy communication and logistical arrangements, the session leader will use Whatsapp to communicate with participants. Please indicate if you wish to join this Whatsapp group in the event your application is successful.
