Registration or Renewal of Athlete Membership
Individual Application
Through online or paper form to apply the registration of Athlete 2024
Applied by Affiliated Club
- > Through the Affiliated Club Representative apply the registration of Athlete 2024, for details, please contact your club registration administrator
School Application
The registration of affiliated club should be The Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation (HKSSF)
Athlete Registration Fee
- > Based on calendar year (01 January – 31 December)
Age 20 or above
(Born in or before 2004)
Aged 10-19
(Born on year 2005 - 2014)
Processing Time for Athlete Registration
- > Basic on first-come-first-served
- > Application will be processed when received full set documents & fee, depends on the circumstances of applications
- > Download “Electronic Registration Card” in HKAAA account

Notice
To follow the sanction criteria of Hong Kong Ranking & Records, the selection criteria of Hong Kong Athletic Team and potential to participate in international events, all the HKAAA registered athletes must be Hong Kong Identity Card holders.
In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility and enhancing efficiency, we have made the decision to discontinue the provision of “Physical registration card” starting from 2024.
